TransferTo, an Ingenico company, and Taiwan Mobile today announced the launch of Mobile Talktime Transfer for all Taiwan Mobile prepaid subscribers. Mobile Talktime Transfer is a value-added service that allows subscribers to send prepaid mobile credits to their loved ones' mobile phones in Indonesia and the Philippines instantly and simply via SMS. This is the first such value-added service ever launched in the country.
To launch Mobile Talktime Transfer users simply need to send an SMS to 83880. They are then asked to select the mobile recharge products they wish to send as a gift. The subscriber's prepaid balance is then debited by the amount of the gift and the recipient's phone overseas is automatically credited.
