DT One will present a series of demos at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in the GSMA Innovation City (Google Stand 4A30) in Hall 4
Barcelona, 25 February 2019: DT One, a global provider of innovative mobile top-up solutions, is joining Google’s RCS Business Messaging Program. Through this, DT One is able to harness the power of RCS and revolutionise the customer mobile top-up experience.During Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (25 – 28 February 2019), DT One will be delivering interactive demonstrations of the next generation of mobile top-ups in the GSMA Innovation City, in Hall 4 Stand 4A30 at the following times:
- - Monday, 25 February: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- - Tuesday, 26 February: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
- - Wednesday, 27 February: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
- - Thursday, 28 February: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Mobile top-ups are currently performed through SMS or online and often through very cumbersome USSD screens. This can pose challenges, particularly for users in emerging markets. With RCS, the customer experience is enhanced and the top-up process is simpler and more engaging for the user.
